Explanation:
This patch improves dramatically reading of big Aztec barcodes that are used ie. for Polish Vehicle Registration certificates: see https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dow%C3%B3d_rejestracyjny_pojazdu and https://www.pwpw.pl/t/Dla_mediow/Informacje_i_komentarze/2016/03/Pwpw_50_mln_dowodow_rejes.html (Polish language pages, the second contains example certificate)
Without this patch it is almost impossible to scan such barcode. I don't see that the patch brought any regression: still I can scan other Aztec codes but now it is possible to scan the barcodes if they're bigger.
