Saving Content to file.

I am trying export the text to a text file, how do I save a rtf file with styling?

Hi Maher,

saving and loading rich text files is out of the scope of this project.

You need to implement methods to convert a StyledDocument to and from rtf. Then you would do something like this:

// save
StyledDocument<S> document = area.getDocument();
byte[] binaryDocument = toRtf(document);
Files.write(path, binaryDocument);

// load
byte[] bytes = Files.readAllBytes(path);
StyledDocument<S> document = fromRtf(bytes);
area.replace(document);
