How to change color of caret? I would like change color of caret to white.

There's no property to set that, but you should be able to set it via CSS:

.styled-text-area .caret {
    -fx-stroke: white;
}

The fact that this one has such a simple solution is more of a lucky coincidence, rather than a consciously designed feature.

@melkhaldi Aye... I thought of that only after publishing the comment and updated my original comment. However, the argument against this idea is that JavaFX controls don't include it in their javadoc. They list all the CSS info in the CSS Reference Guide. So, should we follow suit? Or break that pattern?

@TomasMikula true, but there have been multiple times where such a question has been asked that could be solved by adjusting the CSS. So, if we put up a cheatsheet, not only is it helpful (who doesn't like cheat sheets?), but it should also lessen most of those questions people might ask where that would be the answer.
If anything, we could add a link to the CSS cheatsheet in the ReadMe file so that people would be aware of its existence and might check their first.

I'm not sure if the cheat sheet page I wrote is exactly a "cheat sheet", but it'll definitely help guide people's thinking. I think it'd be good if others added their own helpful tips (e.g. how to change the caret color ( 😉 @JavaSaBr 😉 ), add padding hither and thither, etc.)

I don't think users need to understand the internal structure of StyledTextArea. It doesn't hurt, but shouldn't be required.

Why wouldn't they? If they mess with a ParagraphText's CSS, it may not have the desired affect. Or were you thinking more like:

.styled-text-area, .paragraph-box, .paragraph-text { /* css */ }
