As the link to Arduino Harp was dead (http://www.avrharp.org/) , I searched and found the official video used to present the project on this article (https://plus.google.com/102172884435559350091/posts/XMrWuyKAExe). The video is subtitled in english so I replaced the "Arduino Harp " link in the README by the youtube link. I hope this modification will help you :)
