Added alternative TextFlowExt that doesn't use private JDK method TextFlow.getTextLayout()
This is not Java 8 compatible and as a first step is being included as a multi-release jar which will eliminate the need for
--add-exportsand--add-opensThis addresses issues #270 and #647
