The playwright production dependency was bumped to 1.59.1 but @playwright/test remained at 1.58.2, causing a type conflict between the two different versions of playwright-core bundled in node_modules. This resulted in TypeScript build failures in e2e test files. Co-authored-by: Copilot <[email protected]>

The TLS and cluster test jobs run Firefox projects but the setup job only installed chromium. With the playwright version bump, the cached Firefox binary is stale, causing firefox-1511 not found errors. Install both chromium and firefox in the shared setup job so all downstream jobs have the correct browser binaries. Co-authored-by: Copilot <[email protected]>
