Get FIWARE running on SOSPilot platform

Plan is to do a simple scenario with Orion Context Broker (OCB) and IoTAgent (IDAS) using UL protocol first:
- create IoT service via IoTAgent (IDAS)
- create IoT device via IoTAgent (IDAS)
- observe new Entity in OCB
- send temperature via IoTAgent
- observe changed Entity via OCB
