French (fr_ca) translation update for v 4.14
- Correction of a mismatch ending HTML tag for variable htmlAllowedMsg (Bundle_fr.properties) - Variable user.signup.otherLogInOptions was changed to reflect correctly the English original source - a few more minor fixes (typos, spelling, etc.)
fr_CA : A few fixes for typos/spelling errors
