Internationalization of previewers

Since internationalization of previewers (as external tool) is now possible, at least for French, it probably would be useful to add
toolName in manifest json and to add in Bundle.properties a list for each toolName
externaltools.'toolName'.displayname

Some initial steps - planning to update the curl commands in the README to include a toolName and just added a Dataverse PR (#7478) to continue showing the default displayName until the toolNames get in the Bundle.
