Release 2.18.1 and 2.18.2 are missing the changelog in the release notes?

Dear maintainers,

openSUSE package maintainer here.

The two latest releases 2.18.1 and 2.18.2 did not contain a changelog in the releases notes.

The openSUSE build tooling normally spits out at least a list of commits, but in both releases there only seems to be a (squashed?) cherrypicking commit.

Could you please have a look at the release tooling, to get back the changelog?
