This is a repository with Quantum Resource Management Interface (QRMI) implementation. We need to support ppc64le architecture as there are HPC+Quantum sites operated by Power9/10.

It looks like this is under the same Qiskit Community Github organization as #93

I would recommend following our Onboarding Guide for the Organization level and I can approve both qrmi repo (this request) and spank-plugins (#93 ).

@mtarsel I've talked to the Qiskit-community admin and received the approval. It seems the system is already been updated. Would you please approve our project (https://github.com/qiskit-community/qrmi) ?

oh yea this app was installed via #94

qrmi repo has been approved! you are now welcome to use our images in your workflow file.

I'll plan on keeping this issue open for another week or 2 to make sure the onboarding works properly.

What would be the next step? It seems I would need to have a runner token (https://github.com/apps/power-z-gha-runner) , but I'm unsure where I can find it. Please let me know if I'm missing anything.

BTW, I'm NOT the admin of either qrmi or spank-plugin so my test would be a bit limited. It would be great if you can guide me from my perspective. Of course, I can ask Admin to set up the runner.
