Test and describe RO-Crate support in Guides

As discussed with @cmbz today #10086 has been closed but I intend to follow up on the plan I laid out wherein I test the remaining two RO-Crate implementations...

I hit a bug while testing the exporter by @okaradeniz but he got back to me right away in Zulip that he knows about it and will take a look. (Thanks!) I'll go ahead and assign him to this issue to remind us that there's something to address.
