Upload a dataset thumbnail.

Once the image file is selected and uploaded.

The image is uploaded and thumbnails produced, but the spinner never stops, at least on S3 storage, so the end user may think Dataverse isn't ready for the "Save" button. This is ultimately a cosmetic/non-issue, but it caused some consternation for one of our community members who performed a system migration this weekend.

The spinner should disappear once thumbnails are produced and saved to storage.
