A problem when running tests caused tests/data/MTBLS-no-binary.tar.xz to inflate to a size larger than Github would accept, and it had to be removed from the commit history. This appears to have caused some issues...

These tests were originally failing to run on Github due to a missing coverage token, which isn't defined in the repo's environmental variables.
