Missing values on vendors lists

Describe with reproduction steps – What is the expected behavior?

The encode section is missing all vendors above with ids 1142 I am trying to test some things, and need at least 1216 (Start.io Inc)

This looks like a bug in the iabtcf decoder/encoder web app, not listing vendors after 1142. If you is the decoder found at http://iabgpp you can encode a TCF string with your vendor id. The iabgpp encoder has other problems though that need fixing, sorry.
I will double check the library once I am back at my computer. Thanks

I double checked this with a TC string generated today with a well known CMP on a Publisher site. The string can be read no problem with the TCF encoder on iabtcf and on the iabgpp decoder. If there is an issue generating a TC string in the encoder it is an issue with the encoder and will need to fix this.
