Is there a sector description available?
It only has non-zero values for BC and OC.
Looks to me like this is what was previously under oil-tanker loading #54 , which still exists as a sector but is now zero.
For CMIP7 harmonization, what harmonization sector should this go in?
If it is international shipping, we have the same issue as in #54.
If it is energy sector or industrial sector (this is where I will tentatively map it), there is no technical mapping issue anymore, but would be good to have confirmed what kind of harmonization and gridding would be advised here.
