I don't know if you remember that in the old RV manager if there was a new patch it used appear at the top.
Instead of "Regular patches", it had its own section like "New patches" and then it listed the new patches under that section.
After a patching, with or without selecting the new patches, the new patches moved to "Regular patches" or "Universal patches" accordingly.
