feat: add `Patch selection` screen view presets

This option will disable all other options automatically like tags, patch modification preview, etc. rather than having a a patch for each one.

Either add this as a collapsible setting with main name : use minimal patch option view`.
If user enable this, all other options under this setting will be disabled automatically.

And turning off all options under this will also enable it automatically.
