macOS: eject "RPI-RP2" before disconnecting or turning it off

I'm using macOS Sequoia 15.1.1 (24B91), and I get this warning every time I flash my board. Is there any programmatic way to call device eject before triggering board reboot?

I'm not 100% sure because I no longer have a Mac, but my fork, elf2flash, might fix this issue because it doesn't need the UF2 device to be mounted by the OS before flashing. It could still mount automatically, however.
