There's a "dead zone" at approximately 864x550 where the top menu has disappeared, but the hamburger menu hasn't shown up yet.
Steps to reproduce:
- Visit http://my-awesome-therapist.herokuapp.com/
- Shrink the browser window to the point that the standard menus go away.
Notice -> The hamburger menu hasn't shown up yet.
