Missing documentation

The documentation is missing, although there is a link in the README file.

Right now, it's not intended to be used without Kdyby/Doctrine.

So write it on readme.md please, link on non-existing docs looks like a mistake

Actually it's perfectly usable without Kdyby/Doctrine. I did that once.
