@justaddcoffee The reports on this are quite good - very good - better than the average researcher in Alzheimer's would know, but not quite as good as the best biomarker Alzheimer's researchers. I expect this is the best that could be done based on literature, without having a critical thinking engine compare the actual data across papers. I'm impressed and hope others get to try this out in the demos. I still don't see the images - do I need to find them somewhere? Also, how can I pull up the references for these findings? There weren't enough references for me to validate the output.

this is not properly implemented at the moment - the images are not saved in the right place, so for now the images are lost.

Also, how can I pull up the references for these findings?

For now you'll need to copy/paste the PMIDs / PMCIDs into Pubmed, or Google them. I can adjust the prompt to instruct the agent to do a better job of formatting these and provide hyperlinks to save us the trouble in finding refs...

If you can describe what resources/data/strategy a AD biomarker expert would use, we could probably provide this to the agent and improve results.
@justaddcoffee it might be that the best researchers have years of experience understanding which labs and approaches are likely to be 'real' vs. not reproducible and useful in the long run. This is why we want to create MVP #3 to bring some of the critical thinking and assessment into the process. Once we get a better MVP #3, then can incorporate into #1 to synergize the quality of the answer. This is my current plan, but open to suggestions for other ways to do this...
