GitOpsConfig Allow Specifying env vars, params, command, etc to k8s Job

What happens?

I cannot specifying any params to the k8s Jobs that are created by the GitOpsConfig CR.

What were you expecting to happen?

In a GitOpsConfig CR I would like to be able to specify additional params to the k8s Job that is being run.
