Describe the issue

I can not access to the company settings (https://testingunicorn.leantime.io/setting/editCompanySettings/) and can not add any user.

Reproduction steps

1.Connect to https://testingunicorn.leantime.io/
2.Click on the compagny settings (https://testingunicorn.leantime.io/setting/editCompanySettings/)
3.Error 500 !

Thanks for reporting. This is on Cloud Hosted, so there may be cloud-specific factors, but to help us investigate:

1. Can you check the browser's Network tab when loading /setting/editCompanySettings/ and share the exact response body from the 500 error? The screenshot shows the error page but not the underlying message.
2. Is your account an Owner or Admin role? The company settings page requires Owner-level access.
3. Did this start happening after a specific action (e.g., changing a setting, uploading a logo), or has it always been broken since you created the account?
4. Does the issue also occur when accessing /setting/editCompanySettings/ in a private/incognito browser window?

Without server-side error logs (which we can check on the cloud side), the response body from the browser's Network tab is the most useful diagnostic.

Hi,

1. I dropped the file in this post.
2. I feel my account isn't Owner nor Admin. My autorisations changed but I don't know why. I'm supposed to be the owner since I applied to the account and I'm using my credit card to pay for the service.
3. I think it started when I changed the name of the compagny from "testing unicorn" to "Air Breizh" and the name of my account from "testing unicorn" to Marjolaine Justin. I also changed the logo and the theme.
4. I have the same issue in incognito mode. I'm using Chrome if it's relevant and it does not work either on Firefox.

1. Permissions changed unexpectedly — you say you're "supposed to be the owner" but your account permissions changed. This sounds like it could be the root cause: if your account was downgraded from Owner, the company settings page (editCompanySettings) requires Owner-level access and would throw a 500 if the authorization check fails ungracefully instead of returning a proper 403.

2. Triggered after name/logo/theme changes — this could have caused a settings write that corrupted something in the company settings record, or the logo upload path could have an issue.

Next steps (for the Leantime cloud team):

• Check this user's role in the database — confirm whether their role field is still set to Owner (50).
• Review the uploaded response body file for the specific error class/message.
• If the role was inadvertently changed during the company name update, this indicates a bug in the company settings save handler that overwrites user role data.

Priority: Medium — blocks a paying cloud user from accessing company settings or adding users.
