Differential expression in neuropil spots between NTC and SCZ

Something that we can think about later to see if there are any significant synaptic/neuropil DEGs associated with SCZ.

• identification of neuropil spots based on the DAPI segmentation
• Pilot DE testing between NTC and SCZ, within the SpD for L2-L6 at k=2 with PRECAST
