Investigate potential sex differences in pseudobulk data

When exploring the spd&sample_id pseudobulked data with PCA, in the first couple of PCs, there are consistently PCs that seems to perfectly separate sex.

It might be of interest to see what the genes of the sex separating PCs, and if those are sex chromosomal genes.
