Remove unneeded scripts and directories

At some point, we should clean up this repository a bit more thoroughly.

Old and unneeded scripts/directories should be removed completely, and the non-essential/externally-sourced dependencies moved to the Lind-Project/third-party repository.

I think basically nothing here is really needed for building our Lind system that we are using for our current development. Most things were used for testing or getting evaluation results in past experiments / papers, and are not actively being used now. So it should be fine to just remove them or move them to another repository.

There are a few scripts (https://github.com/Lind-Project/Lind-misc/tree/master/ports, make-tor.sh, make-httpd.sh, and etc.) that were created to build and port applications to Lind, which I think could provide some useful help when we are building and testing apps. So I would suggest store them in a separate repository under Lind-Project/third-party.

I'm fine with deprecating lind-misc without deleting content. Joey, what's the overall rationale here for the cleanup? Is this repo needed to use Lind for some reason?

@JustinCappos Not really any pressing need for a cleanup anytime soon, was just making note of things which may want to be looked at some point in the future
