Run coreutils test suite with chroot grate

We're hoping adding the chroot grate should fix the coreutils tests that weren't working due to path issues.

@moogchi Could you please clarify if the chroot issue you faced was with the default test suite of coreutils?

Because the one we have currently in the repo is not the default test suite from coreutils, but one that tests the different classes of coreutils utilities. And we do not face the chroot issue with these tests.
