Update "customize settings" pages

There's a lot of new pages in the settings UI. We should update the pages in the docs to have a similar structure. Here's some recent work in that area:

• Compatibility page: Add a Compatibility and Terminal page to the Settings UI microsoft/terminal#17895
• Profile - Terminal page: Add a Compatibility and Terminal page to the Settings UI microsoft/terminal#17895
• New Tab Menu
  • Currently a subsection of https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/terminal/customize-settings/appearance#new-tab-dropdown
  • introduced Add New Tab Menu Customization to Settings UI microsoft/terminal#18015
  • related: The newTabMenu docs need to be updated to include a blurb about actions too #794

Most of this work is really just moving existing settings around as most of this is already documented. But the pages are already pretty crowded in the docs pages, so promoting them to top-level items should help increase discoverability of them.
