bug: `--striplibs` does not fully work on all apps

Bug description

I tested with Sleep as Android by @hoo-dles here hoo-dles/morphe-patches#345 (reply in thread)
Used command:

java -jar "morphe-cli-1.9.1-all.jar" patch --patches="patches-1.35.1-dev.1.mpp" --keystore-entry-alias="sniff" --keystore-password="sniff" --keystore-entry-password="sniff" --keystore="morphe.keystore" --options-file="oprtions.json" "com.urbandroid.sleep-20260526-231059-arm64-v8a-armeabi-v7a.apk" --out "Sleep_As_Android_20260526-231059-arm64-v8a.apk" --signer="sniff" --purge --striplibs="arm64-v8a"

App patched successfully, but still contains armeabi-v7a
Also tested on Adguard & Duolingo, all did the same.

Tested on YouTube morphe, magically it worked. It's so odd.
