bug: YouTube keeps updating itself after reboot, even when detached from PlayStore

(So I'm not too sure if this fits better in morphe-patches github or morphe-manager github. Sorry if it's wrong in here)

I recently upgraded my OS, and somehow this set YouTube's minimum version to 21.03.36 when I click "uninstall updates" in the app settings. It can't get lower than this anymore.
So now when I downgrade the YouTube app to the currently recommended version by Morphe (20.51.39) using the LSposed module "CorePatch", I can patch this version without any issues. I patch using the Root Method btw (mounting).
But as soon as I reboot my device, the YouTube app updates itself to 21.03.36 again and all patches are ofc gone.

I have detached YouTube from the PlayStore using UpdateLocker and disabled automatic app updates in the PlayStore. But for some reason, something still unmounts and updates YouTube as soon as I reboot.

Do you guys have any idea what causes this and how I prevent this from happening?
I kind of want to use the recommended version and don't want to use the experimental 21.x builds.

I would try patching 21.x and avoid using whatever module you used to downgrade the system YT app.

Yes patching any 21.x version works, but like I said, I'd prefer staying on a recommended version like 20.51.39. But oh well, if there is no other choice...

And why would you avoid that module?

If that module is the cause of it downgrading on restart, then why continue to use it. Assuming it's the cause.

No I think you got it wrong, it only works when I actively try to install / downgrade an app via package installer. It doesn't have anything to do with YouTube automatically unmounting / updating as soon as I reboot.
It shouldn't actually, since I detached it from the PlayStore. I have no idea how YouTube is still able to do it.
