feat: Better changelogs #618

Feature description

The current changelog for the Morphe manager and the patches is fine, but I have a couple of ideas on how we could make it a bit better.

1. Previous changelogs:
Currently, when a user has dev patches enabled, they can see only the changelog from the newest stable patch (picture 1). I would change it to let users scroll through all changelogs, just like on the website. If the user doesn't use dev patches, then it would work like the filter on the website, showing only stable build changelogs.

The changelog for the app works differently and shows only the newest changelog (picture 2), which I think is useless considering dev builds usually have only a couple of changes. I would make it work the same way as it would for the patches.

2. Redesign:
I also think that the changelog on the website looks much nicer, and I don't know if it's possible to make it look like that, but I think it would look better that way (picture 3).

Motivation

Having this new changelog feature directly in the app would make it much easier for users to find information in the changelog, allowing them to access it directly in the application instead of having to visit the website. This would make the process faster and more convenient.
