feat(YouTube): Hide 'Search inside this video' section in video description

Possibility of an option to hide this new section under video description.

YouTube version - 21.23.480 (experimental)

Motivation

Adding this option to hide the section like the rest of the ones in the below image makes the video description cleaner.

1. Turn on debugging and protocol logging in miscellaneous debug menu (do not turn on stack trace logging)
2. Scroll past the not hidden component
3. Go into `Miscellaneous > Debugging > Export debug logs`
4. Search for a keyword associated with what you want to hide
5. Post the relevant line here

Hi dev, I'm trying to reproduce the steps above, but the app restarts when I select export debug logs for the first time after scrolling the component. But the second time it works but the logs are refreshed so the relavant lines are not there.

You didn't search. Also this a rinse and repeat process. Clear the existing debug logs, then open description, click on more to expand the description, and maybe even enabling all the other hidden components in the description. Basically, the logs need to render it in in order to capture it.

I don't have the section, otherwise I could've done it.
