bug(YouTube): "Enable tablet layout in player" does not work with landscape mode "more videos" recommendations

Bug description

• App version: 20.51.39
• Patch version: 1.31.0-dev.13
• How to reproduce:
  Step 1: Toggle "Enable tablet layout in player" in morphe settings and then restart.
  Step 2: Play any video and try to swipe up for more videos or press the "more videos" button on the bottom right in landscape mode.
