I also want to add that "Hide horizontal shelves" is once again hiding content inside explore menus like "Movies" and "Courses". |

why not just add the it also hides description components as a known side effect of Hide horizontal shelves instead |

I don't know if the current PR will fix this or not, but if any of the three (Hide 'Featured places', Hide Games, Hide Music) is on, and a Short is played with You tab in the background, it'll hide history shelf and the names of playlists below it. Screen recording
