【no js】code highlight

Try to create a simple code highlighter in c# and get rid of node js dependency:

• Support c#, razor - very simple and basic implementation - enhance later
• remove jshighlight
• use MudTheme for styling

ColorCode would be good library for this.

Even though it might do the required purpose, just like MudBlazor we would like to keep external dependencies to the bare minimum. Maybe even IMemoryCache

Why you don't count js dependencies as external dependencies?
