Clicking submit in build tab does not refresh table. For long-running commands, an auto-refresh once it finishes would be beneficial
- A 'refresh' button on the table would be a first step
- On submitting a message, automatically trigger a refresh
- If table includes a "Pending" entry, set a timer to automatically refresh again until resolved.
- Note: This also applies to other UI components, including Agents tab (add agent) and I think the Adms upload
