EVR streaming broken except for by level filter

Describe the defect
All streaming of EVRs does not work, except when filtering by level. Historical queries are not affected.

• EVR streaming by EVR name does not work
• EVR streaming by module does not work
• EVR streaming by main EVR node (all EVRs) does not work

Expected behavior
EVR streaming by main EVR node, module, or individual EVR name should stream its respective filtered content.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enable realtime mode in time conductor
2. Connect to a realtime session
3. Click on the main EVR main node in the tree
4. All EVR messages should stream in, but they do not
5. Expand the EVR node
6. Click on any EVR module
7. EVR messages for that module should stream in, but they do not
8. Expand the EVR module
9. Click on any EVR name
10. EVR messages for that individual EVR should stream in, but they do not
