load-x before compiling

I think we should do a module purge ; source ${HARNESS}/loads-x before compiling, in case the harness is the not the same.

I think the most robust commands might be:

source ${rc} # source the MODELERC file
source ${LILIBSDIR}/../loads-x

Harness is not always set. MODELERC and LILBSDIR therein is a requirement.
