Issue Description

There are several "tools" in the CAM tools directory that I do not think are useful in NorESM3.

This set has not been changed for many years:

icesst
interpaerosols
interpic
interpic_new
mkatmstffile
se_grid

nudging has some changes but I do not think we will need this with the new nudging implementation.

CUPiD is an external but I don't think we are going to use it.

Does anyone have a reason to keep any of these tools?
