Add ChEBI url mappings from v100 to v244. Add json data products

Hi guys,
This PR has the changes to resolve the broken links from ChEBI, from v100 to v244.

From the README.md:

Apache RedirectMatch directives are processed in the order that they appear in the configuration file

So the two regex should work good together, I could not test this change locally though.
