The configuration for the Biological Imaging Methods Ontology (FBbi) currently (and since 2019) points to the version that has been temporarily maintained by David Osumi-Sutherland at https://github.com/Imaging-semantics/fbbi. That version is no longer maintained and, with David's agreement [1], the FoundingGIDE project has taken over the maintenance of FBbi, and will from now on maintaining it from https://github.com/foundingGIDE/fbbi. This commit updates the redirection configuration accordingly. The configuration includes an explicit redirect for the last (and only) release made by the Imaging Semantics group (2020-11-06), so that anyone explicitly requesting that version can still get it. The explicit redirect for the 2020-11-06 version must appear *before* the more generic redirect, otherwise it is completely ignored. Doh!
