Let's assume that we run a build 1 which is failed before packages and metadata were sent to OD.
Then we fixed the build and triggered build 2 which completed without errors, but metadata from the first build wasn't sent to OD.
It would be nice to add an option to include metadata of previously failed builds to the first successful build.
