• Script to download inputs to algorithms from Web and crop to united states.
• Updated some netcdf loading code to fix minor issues with datetime issues as well as flipping and ordering of the lat/lon arrays
• Write a script for merging of vector feature layers from multiple layers and joining their properties.
• Adds in the VectorFeatureTableData and VectorFeatureRowData rest endpoints for getting a table summary and generating graphs
• Adds in a UI for tables when selecting a single feature from the table summary information
• Updated the USGS meter data code to flatten the structure of the table to make it easier to visualize.
