Add "trainer" contributor page

There's currently no link to further information on the "Advocate & Trainer" contributor role. I think it would be helpful to provide some guidance on the following:

• how to become an OpenRefine trainer
• how to find OpenRefine trainings
• how to add training materials to the site

Some of this could be addressed by linking to the external resources page.

@anishasingh-dev thanks for your interest! Have you led OpenRefine trainings in the past? To me, this issue is as much about getting experienced trainers to share their experiences as it is filling out our documentation.

I haven’t led OpenRefine trainings yet, but I’m very interested in contributing to this documentation. I can start by structuring the page and compiling guidance from existing resources (like the external resources page and current docs), and leave room for experienced trainers to add their insights.

Thanks for clarifying your approach. However, since this documentation isn't too urgent I think it'd be better to wait until we get feedback from trainers.

That said, I think there's room to update the external resources page by including the content from the wiki page it links to. This would be part of #551, which it looks like you've expressed an interest in working on. Is that something you'd still be interested in?

Yes, I’d like to work on migrating the External Resources wiki page as part of #551. I’ll review the existing content and integrate it into the documentation with improved structure and clarity.

I think moving these links to the external recourse page under a heading titled something like "Community resources", at the same level as "Video tutorials" and "Online courses", would suffice. I also think the "On our wiki" section should be removed as part of this work.

As for the links themselves, some of them no longer exist so it'd be nice to omit any dead links.
