Fixes 450.soplex compare logic checks from re-selecting *.mps.out via adapt_suffix.
*.mps.outalready compared separately with looser tolerances; re-checking it with --reltol 0.0001 causes false failures on ref runs. The strict checks now prefer*.mps.info
