A custom menu should not show in List of menu items if not enabled.

I created a custom menu which is not yet enabled from modules. But when I select Add menu Item from menu content type instance it shows this option while disabled.
Expected behavior is to show only if enabled.

Yes, normally they are.

But here we display all available types whose stereotype is MenuItem, so if the module migrations has already been executed ...
