More freedom way of custom output

RTPP version must >= 1.7.0
ConfigGUI version must >= 0.2.1

Normally RTPP only support output PPFormat/HitCountFormat to other displayers/targets.But now rtpp provide new output method "multi-output" and you can output everything without limitation.

How to use multi-output?

• type config in Sync and toggle multi-output in Output Methods(*)

• type restart or close and open Sync again.

• type 'config' , click Multi Output Editor and then click New to add a new format output entity.You can choose output method and format what you want.

• owo , Now you can use IngameOverlay and other MMF reader for displaying your mmf output.
