ScenarioMIP GHG Concentrations; version CR-*-1-1-0

I am raising this as a "Discussion" instead of an "Issue" because I have not found a source describing what I should expect the evolution of these species in time should look like among the scenarios. I was looking at these species:

ccl4 cfc11 cfc113 cfc114 cfc12 ch3br ch3ccl3 ch3cl halon1211 halon1301 halon2402 hcfc141b hcfc22

and since metagrid/ESGF was down, I obtained the nc files from:

... specifically, the archive "data--processed--esgf-ready.tar.gz"

I noticed that, for the species noted above, the values do not vary among the scenarios:

h hl l ml vl m l

(CO2 does vary, at least for 2 scenarios I peeked at.)

I am trying to find out if this is the expected behavior for these species (not varying among scenarios).

I can let @znicholls / @znichollscr come in here more, but I can already confirm that this is indeed expected; e.g. ccl4 is taken from a WMO recommended pathway. These species are not modelled by the IAM frameworks, so they are added.
