Removed any mention of the AR7 fast track. It has now been clarified ([#222](https://github.com/PCMDI/input4MIPs_CVs/issues/222)) that there is only one set of DECK simulations, hence we only need to mention CMIP7 in our docs, not CMIP7 and a separate AR7 fast track.
